The only time it doesn't seem to happen is when Pro Tools is idle. ![]() Sometimes random, sometimes when tweaking plug-ins, sometimes when recording (both audio and midi). I get no error messages, and the only way to get out of it is a hard reboot. Occasionally my Pro Tools along with my whole system freezes, and a loud buzzing noise will come out from headphones/speakers (not from inside the computer). I recently bought Pro Tools 9 (M-powered), formatted my computer and installed on a PT-dedicated hard drive. ![]()
